It debuted on April 27, 2005, in conjunction with the 2005 BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs, the premier event on the Nationwide Tour, in a private exhibition match between designer and golf legend Jack Nicklaus and friend of The Cliffs, celebrity actor Kevin Costner. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Walnut Cove has already accumulated numerous accolades, including being described as “perfect”, “flawless”, and “somewhere between great and spectacular” by Nationwide Tour professionals.
Three exclusive home collections are now available at The Cliffs atWalnut Cove: The Meadow, with Enclave residences (from $1.3 Million) and Estate homes (from $2.3 Million), the Millstream Collection, available in one-, two- or three-story designs (from $1.7 Million), and the Village Townhomes, located at the heart of the Club Village.

Introducing The Club Village
The heart of the community will be the Club Village, a unique gathering spot reminiscent of an Old European town square where residents can stroll among a Tavern and Restaurant, Market and Pavilion, and Golf House.
As the stately anchor of the Club Village, the Golf House overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and was awarded 2006 Best Clubhouse by Golf, Inc.
Alongside the Golf House, a 12,000 square-foot Tavern and Restaurant will offer residents casual and fine dining options, including meeting space, a wine room and an English-style Tavern.
The newest addition to the Club Village will be the 4,200-square-foot Pavilion, featuring an elegant ballroom and gourmet market. With a view of the 10th fairway and a beautiful adjacent outdoor terrace, the ballroom will serve as the venue for catered member events at Walnut Cove. The Pavilion also will house Walnut Cove’s gourmet market where members can purchase prepared meals-to-go, butcher-cut meats, wine by the bottle or case, or simply a morning cup of coffee and a newspaper.
For those interested in a residence at the Village, 15 finely appointed townhomes are under construction and scheduled to be released for sale this spring. The Village Townhomes will provide the ultimate in convenience situated at the entrance to the Club Village.
