Our luxury villa, built and opened in July 2004, is situated in the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. This family owned Carlton Villa whose style was made famous by the TV programme "I Want That House", is our pride and joy
and we would love for you to come and share some of the tropical happiness that it has provided us.

In all, this gorgeous villa comfortably sleeps 12 people in fully air conditioned, relaxing, and designer surroundings. Both location and environment mold together to provide you with a holiday experience that you will never forget.
The fully air conditioned Villa features the following accommodation, featuring a spacious open plan ground floor design and an incredible 2,336 sq ft of living area (not including the large pool and patio area).
Entrance - Large landscaped double drive giving access to large garage and Villa entry
Entry Hall/Dining Area – Open plan to beautiful, luxury dining area, passage to large washer/dryer facility.
Master Bedroom Room One – Open plan living area access to master bedroom featuring king sized bed, in room cable TV, door to en suite bathroom with sunken bath and double walk in shower, and enormous, ‘room sized’ walk in closet.
Bedroom windows overlook pool and patio area.
Master Bedroom Two – Open plan living area access to master bedroom 2, featuring a Queen Sized bed, in room cable TV and an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Kitchen Area – Large area, including electric cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, large pantry cupboard.
Family Room/Lounge – Large open plan area with vaulted ceiling, featuring 2 sofas, Hi Fi, large US 27” flat Screen TV, Cable, DVD with library, access to patio/pool via sliding glass doors. Library of books available from quality entertainment wall unit.
Patio Pool – Featuring large, beautifully tiled, screened and fully maintained pool, with and extended patio (pool heating available for supplemental charge). High quality patio furniture including recliners with foot stools.
Landing Area - Staircase leading to large landing room area featuring rattan style tropical furniture, seating and board games available
Bedroom One – Good sized room, featuring two single beds and a walk in closet.
Bedroom Two – Good sized room again featuring two single beds and a walk in closet.
Bathroom 3 – On landing bathroom next to Bedrooms One and Two, featuring large bath.
Master Bedroom Three – Master bedroom 3, featuring a double bed, TV, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom (overlooking pool and patio area).
Hampton Lakes, is a beautiful landscaped site home of your tropical vacation home. It's all about relaxation and quality of life on this superbly maintained site.
