Villa Details:
This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa is a genuine 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Florida.
The fully air-conditioned accommodation provides a fantastic, tranquil, location from which all the major attractions of Orlando are within easy reach.
The large enclosed, west facing, private pool allows you to enjoy the Florida sun well into the evening.
The Villa is the end property in a quiet cul-de-sec giving increased privacy
Living & Kitchen
The living area is light and spacious. There is cable TV with over 60 channels, and if you are unable to find anything to watch then there is also a DVD player with a selection of (over 10) movies for all ages.
There is also a selection of novels, and games to keep all entertained.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes Microwave, Electric cooker with large oven, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer with ice maker, toaster and waste disposal unit.
Utility Room
There is also a separate area housing a large washer and separate dryer, an iron and ironing board.
A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided for your safety.
Accomodation
The Villa has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are fully en-suite double rooms. The third bathroom is a big advantage when all guests are trying to get ready for a day at the theme parks, or a night on the town.
- En-suite master bedroom with queen size bed and walk in wardobe. Remote controlled TV giving over 60 channels. Patio door to pool area.
The bathroom has separate his & hers sinks. Bath, toilet and separate walk in shower. A hairdryer is provided.

- Bedroom 3 is a twin room with a large wardobe, and a set of drawers. The room has a smoke alarm.
- Bedroom 4 is the second twin room with large wardrobe and a set of drawers. There is also a smoke alarm in this room.
- The third bathroom sits between the two twin rooms and has sink, bath and shower over bath.
Pool Area
The large west facing pool with very spacious pool deck provides ample opportunity to enjoy the sun until the last minute of the day. The area is fully screened and there is comfortable pool furniture provided.
There is also underwater pool lighting for those after hours moments. Pool heating can also be arranged for a small additional charge
A safety screen gives peace of mind for those with small children.
The Sanctuary at West Haven is located just off the Interstate 4 (I4) and is one of the most straightforward communities to reach from both Orlando International & Sanford Airports.
It is only 10 minutes to Disney, and close to shops, restaurants, and the famous Champions Gate golf community.
